First whizz out of the year, just for the fun of it. Headed up into the hills via Ruthin. Although it had been a really warm and sunny day today (20 degrees!) temperatures soon plummeted when dark came, so it was a bit chilly. There's a real mix of road surfaces around us at the moment - some superbly new tarmac and some absolutely rubbish roads too which were bad before the winte but which are horrendously rough now.
After Ruthin, did a loop out around Clocaenog including some single track stuff.
Good to get the cobwebs blown out and the 'beam is handling as sweetly as ever.
